Clayne Stebbings

Clayne is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) and has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2000.

He uses his skills in exercise physiology, rehabilitation, massage, and functional exercise to give you a great functional workout while improving your overall health, posture and biomechanics.

It is his goal to not just improve your fitness but also give you better overall health and a reduction in the incidence of injury in your everyday life. Clayne also has vast experience in Back, Hip, Shoulder and Knee dysfunctions and will help you pre and post surgery to return to your best possible fitness.

It is Clayne’s philosophy to give you the “WHY” in your training, e.g. why is each exercise especially suited to your needs. Clayne believes that you should train hard so that you can enjoy the finer things in life guilt free.

Hilary Hahn

Prior to joining the Elevation team and after years of Personal Training, Hilary worked tirelessly to develop highly functioning Sales and Marketing teams across many different industries.

Initially in media, Hilary worked her way up to the role of TV Station Manager before starting a progressive nine year career with Kodak. Numerous promotions saw her move to many different cities, the last of which was to Melbourne in 2000.
Strategic leadership positions followed in the Telecommunications, Printing and Pharmaceutical related industries from startups to multi-billion dollar ASX listed companies.
Success has been achieved in each of her roles by building highly valued relationships with customers, peers, stakeholders and through the development of performance focused teams.

Hilary has been an accredited mentor and coach since 2003 and has worked with companies such as Hewlett Packard and Qantas.

The passion for “lifelong” fitness that drove Hilary throughout her corporate career is now
helping her personal training clients incorporate fitness around a busy corporate lifestyle.
Hilary has experienced many different sporting activities from swimming, squash and learning to Scuba Dive at school to karate and endurance horse riding in her 20’s,trekking in the Himalayas, joining a gym and back to karate in her 30’s. Running came later, as a convinced and totally committed “non runner” it was the encouragement of her own Personal Trainer and now business partner Clayne Stebbings that started the trend. In 2012 she will compete in her 7th Melbourne Half Marathon, having participated in numerous 10km fun runs and 3 times successfully completing the Oxfam 100kms challenge.

Having gained her PT qualifications through PTAGlobal, Hilary’s training is focused on functional movement for any person of any age from general improvement in mobility to
body sculpting. “I have just completed a TRX training course and I really love the concept of training any person, anywhere and anytime. This really fits with our overall philosophy of functional training”.
